We collect what we need to get your order to you and nothing else. We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
01 What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the details needed to fulfil it:
- Your name, delivery address, email and phone number
- Order contents, sizes and totals
- Payment confirmation from our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working
02 How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order
- To send order updates and answer your questions
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds
- To understand which pages and pieces people actually use, so we can improve the site
- To send occasional collection news — only if you've asked us to, and only until you tell us to stop
05 How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything else is deleted once it no longer serves the purpose it was collected for.
06 Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing messages
Message or call us and we'll action it within 30 days.
07 Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be flagged on the site so you don't have to go looking.
